The Brockville Public Library has two meeting rooms available for public use by groups, individuals, businesses and organizations for a fee.
George St. Room
The George St. Room is the Brockville Public Library’s small meeting room and can accommodate up to 10 people.

Buell St. Room
The Buell St. Room is the Brockville Public Library’s large meeting room and can accommodate up to 50 people.

Please note that this room does not guarantee total privacy, as there is a public washroom beyond the door to the room which must remain accessible to all library users.
Rental Fees
$20/hour up to maximum $100/day
2-hour booking minimum
Additional insurance, staffing and equipment fees may apply.
Insurance Requirements
Corporations, charitable organizations and church groups are required to provide a certificate of insurance from their commercial policy listing the City of Brockville in the amount of $5,000,000.
Individuals and members of the general public may pay an additional $5 fee in lieu of providing their own such insurance certificate.

Staff Assistance
Library employees will provide a maximum of 15 minutes of free instructions for the use of equipment but will not remain throughout the meeting to operate it. Technical assistance required beyond 15 minutes is subject to an additional fee of $40 per 30 minutes.
Room Guidelines
Setup and cleanup is the responsibility of the renter, and time needed for this must be included within the paid reservation time slot.
The kitchen area must be left in a clean and orderly condition. Excessive garbage removal will result in an additional fee.
Storage space between repeat bookings is not available.
Room attendees may not leave children under 10 years of age unattended in the Library.
Soliciting library customers outside of the designated room is prohibited.
The Brockville Public Library does not endorse the policies and beliefs of groups or individuals that use Library spaces.
